The East Columbia Basin Irrigation District (ECBID) Board of Directors voted to elect a President and Vice President during its regularly-scheduled January meeting.
On Wednesday, January 7, 2026, Director Duaine Anderson was nominated to serve as President and Kevin Lyle was nominated to serve as Vice President. Both votes passed unanimously. Anderson represents Division 4 and Lyle represents Division 5.
“It’s an honor to serve in this capacity. The District currently has key large construction projects related to the Odessa Groundwater Replacement Program underway, after completing the EL 86.4 delivery system last year. We’ve got great momentum and I look forward to the progress we’ll make this year,” explained Anderson.
