East Columbia Basin Irrigation District

The East Columbia Basin Irrigation District is accepting bids for Distribution Line.  The project consists of a 34.5 kV line extension from the Scooteney substation to the EL80.6 and EL84.7 Pumping Plants (approximately 10 miles). Sealed bids must be received at the East District’s main office located at 55 N. 8th Ave., Othello, WA 99344, no later than 3:00 PM PST on Wednesday, May 27, 2026.
